Mahabalipuram is an ancient impressive site on the coast of the Bengali sea. There are several temples called Rathas which are chiseled out of the massive stone. A very interesting stone lies on a diagonal stone plate. It looks like it would dump any moment, but it lies there since eternities. The tradition says, that Krishna formed the block out of stone like butter and put it there, to remember humans to his power. .
Nearby is another interesting place. A big hole in the ground, which looks like drilled. In this trough, God Krishna is said to have processed and shaped stones “like butter”.
