Researcher Dieter Pohl found strange prehistoric rock-processing at different locations on the Seychelles islands. In the magazine “Sagenhafte Zeiten Issue No. 1/2012”, Dieter Pohl reports that in various places on La Digue, the rocks have been stripped down to the waters edge. These traces are still clearly visible. These are cut ends that run out finely (the groove one to two millimeters). The grooves look as if one had cut with a razor blade into a piece of wood, but here granite! This places may be linked to other places around the world where elaborate stone processing took place in ancient times. It s still a mystery what these ancient processed rocks may have been used for or what kind of technology was used to work with this very hard rock material.
Dieter Pohl makes an interesting connection to ancient traditions which have amazing things to tell about stone working under King Solomon, who lived about three thousand years ago. This king is said to have had a tool, the so called “miraculous Shamir stonecutter” with which he could work on stones, cut and even drill through rocks. If one assumes that superior earth visitors or the representatives of an early advanced civilization possessed a technology with which stone (granite) could be worked at will, then the legacies on the Seychelles would be explainable.
In many ancient cultures we see absolutely incredible stone work which we, in our modern culture, could only achieve with the most modern machines. But how did they manage to do it in ancient times were allegedly no high-tech machines existed?
