RAMAR-NOTE: This find may be another “Missing Link” in the history of humankind. On Wednesday, the Museum of Natural History in Mainz announced that a team of German archaeologists discovered a puzzling set of teeth in the former riverbed of the Rhine. The teeth don’ t appear to belong to any species discovered in Europe or Asia. They most closely resemble those belonging to the early hominin skeletons of Lucy (Australopithecus afarensis) and Ardi (Ardipithecus ramidus), famously discovered in Ethiopia. But these new teeth, found in the western German town of Eppelsheim near Mainz, are at least 4 million years older than the African skeletons, which has scientists so puzzled they held off publishing for a year. In the press conference announcing the find, Mainz Mayor Michael Ebling claimed the find would force scientists to reconsider the history of early mankind. “I don’t want to over-dramatize it, but I would hypothesize that we shall have to start rewriting the history of mankind after today,” Ebling was quoted as saying. A specialist team will be carrying out further tests on the teeth.
n the rural area of Góry in eastern Wielkopolska, Poland, ancient megalithic tombs have been discovered which are about 5500 Years old. “The earthen mounds of the Góry megaliths are up to 90 meters long and 1.5 meters high and are in a very good state,” reports a press release of the Foundation Development YES – Open Pit MinesNO (DY-OPMN), an organization dedicated to their preservation. The Foundation reports that there are 15 tombs, including 14 long-barrow tombs of the Neolithic Funnelbeaker culture, and one Lusatian culture tomb dated to the Early Bronze age at about 3 thousand years ago. They have remained to this day largely unexplored and unexcavated by archaeologists, save for initial survey. But once investigated, they could emerge as one of the most important sites of megalithic culture in Europe, joining discoveries such as Grønsalen on the Isle of Man in Denmark, Brú na Bóinne in Newgrange, Ireland, West Kennet Long Barrow in England, La Roche aux Fées and the Carnac Stones in France, and the megalithic temples of Malta. – Source: Popular Archaeology RAMAR-Note: The megalithic culture seems to be a worldwide phenomenon and more and more new tombs and structures are found in many countries. But, aside the tombs, many of the ancient megalithic structures still puzzle the scientists and they have no idea what they were used for or how they were built in the first place.Megalithic tombs seem to appear worldwide. Now a youtuber used Google Earth to plot the Nacza-lines over the entire globe and the finding is amazing. All the lines ploted from Nazca converge on the other side of the world in Angkor Wat (Cambodia). Here’ s the video:
reports that a naval helicopter was carrying out a routine daylight coastal patrol in November 2014 when the camera operator noticed an unidentified flying object ahead. It was flying horizontally and at a steady speed similar to that of the helicopter. There are many theories about what the object might have been but no final conclusion could have been made so far and the video is still highly controversial.
